High on the hillside of suburban Moraira, this stunning villa boasts fabulous classical architecture and exquisite views of the Mediterranean Sea. With a fully equipped apartment space on both floors, this is an ideal property for those looking for a little more space and privacy.
The stone-floor approach to the main villa entrance provides a fitting welcome into the luxurious property within, and the classical theme runs throughout the property – with great columns, archways and marble fireplaces complementing an otherwise modern design. The décor is thoroughly eclectic, ranging from high-class wooden cabinets across the main wall of the living room to an elaborate dining area, complete with glass chandelier, and an entirely white and gold area.
There are two kitchens, both of which retain a more traditional feel, with wooden fittings and more colourful décor. The central living area has a beautiful fireplace, comfortable sofas and there are two TVs with satellite channels. The living areas are split across both the first and ground-floors, with a kitchen and dining area on each. All areas, though different in style, are fitted with high-quality furnishings, tasteful decorations and extremely comfortable chairs and sofas.
The first of the three bedrooms, a double, is located on the first-floor, with a full ensuite bathroom. A further two double bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor. All of the rooms are modern and bathed in light through a set of large patio doors or windows, with excellent furniture. There is also both central heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms are spacious and have large baths and beautifully tiled walls. There is also a guest WC on the main floor.
The elaborate stone balustrade that lines the entire garden, as well as the brilliant exterior staircase, creates a truly timeless beauty within the exterior facilities. The pool stretches across the terrace, lined on one side by the ornamental columns and the other by a row of sun loungers. A shaded, elevated terrace overlooks the pool with a large dining area. The upper terrace is sheltered by the same classic-look veranda and stone archways, and enjoys even better views over the bay of Moraira!
All of this luxury is just 2km from the centre of nearby Moraira, putting a fabulous array of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches within walking distance! Nestled between Xàbia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares. Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, Moraira truly provides something for every taste!
