Villa Limonera Spain

Villa Limonera is a lovely four bedroom villa, with three en-suite bathrooms, is comfortably furnished with marble floors throughout, and is in an excellent location. The villa has everything you’ll need for a relaxing family holiday, or a break away with friends. Each of the bedrooms is spacious, with TVs and fitted wardrobes – three of them have the added bonus of also having en-suite bathrooms.
The living room, much like the rest of the villa, is generously proportioned with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a flat screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Just next door is the dining room, with a dining table and chairs, there are also large glass sliding doors that take you straight out to the furnished terrace. Head here for morning coffee or a drink before dinner, taking in the sea views and enjoying the warm evenings.
The kitchen has fully-fitted units and all the appliances and utensils you might need. There are shops and a supermarket within walking distance, so grab some local ingredients, and make the most of being able to cook the freshest fish and vegetables back here at the villa.
Outside you’ll find the garden with private swimming pool. There are steps down to the pool, so keep this in mind if you have older or younger members in your party. There’s a garden with grassy areas and mature trees and shrubs – this is also where you’ll find the BBQ, and just by the pool is the outdoor shower. Here too is the covered outdoor bar, with kitchen area and sink – just the place to grab a drink and enjoy the sea views on your relaxing holiday. The property is accessed by a gated entrance with private parking – a great addition in this quiet residential area.
There are lovely beaches nearby, with plenty of options for water sports if you fancy something energetic. Head to the beautiful old town of Marbella if you fancy shopping or a meal out – there are lots of local restaurants to choose from, as well as lively night life. Nestled in Southern Spain’s Costa Del Sol lies the ever-popular town of Marbella, and Villa Limonera is only 8km away from it. Explore the rich culture and lively bustle of one of Europe’s top getaway destinations. The Sierra Blanca Mountains provide the perfect backdrop to this lively, cultural town. Steeped in history and culture; Marbella has a rich heritage dating back to the Roman times; this origin is palpable throughout the town with many mosaics and ruins still standing.  When you’re done with your historical exploration, there are a wealth of adventures to get started with! Consider a visit through the winding cobbled streets of Marbella’s Old Town, where visitors can immerse themselves in local fare, flower stalls, gorgeous textiles and homemade wares. For more upscale shopping, a visit to nearby Puerto Banus is a must; guests can find a slew of designer stores here.
Of course, no day would be complete without a good meal and Marbella is packed full of Michelin starred restaurants, providing the perfect excuse to indulge those taste buds. Outside of the shopping and the food, Marbella also has world renowned beaches where one can soak up the sun and also grab a cocktail from a beachfront bar!
