This modern 3-bedroom apartment is located 2.5km from the centre of Calpe on Spain’s Costa Blanca. Enjoying stunning views of the ocean, beach and towards the towering Rock of Ifach, it’s the perfect place for a group of up to six guests to enjoy this area in contemporary style.

Panoramic sea views are just part of the charm of Casa Rosalia, which has all the attractions of the popular resort of Calpe close by. The apartment also benefits from the amenities of the block, which include two shared swimming pools, an outdoor shower and terrace, as well as 24-hour security.

The apartment has a balcony terrace of its own too, directly accessible from the main living areas. The property is bright and spacious inside, with a modern dining space with seating for six at the table.

The kitchen forms part of the same open-plan area and comes equipped with a large fridge freezer, breakfast bar with stools, dishwasher and coffee machine. There are comfortable seating areas in the main living room and out on the terrace too, plus flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has its own smartly appointed en suite bathroom, and a second bathroom is shared by the remaining two bedrooms, each of which has twin beds. With a bathtub and two sinks, it provides a luxurious experience.

As well as gorgeous beaches, Calpe offers a wealth of entertainment and activities, ranging from sports and fitness to movies, music and a diverse range of bars and restaurants. You can explore its history in the Moorish Quarter or by visiting the Iglesia Vieja church or Museum of Archaeology.

Just down the coast, you have quieter Altea, lively Benidorm and the natural beauty of the Serra Gelada Natural Park, proving this part of the coast has something for all tastes.
Right by the sea, the Costa Blanca village of Calpe is a well-known holiday destination on Spain’s eastern coast. Just under an hour from Alicante and 30 minutes from Benidorm, it enjoys an excellent location where the views are spectacular, and the area lends itself to vigorous outdoor activity as well as lounging on the beach.

The centre of Calpe is well-equipped for visitors, with a supermarket, post office, bank and some specialist shops. Of course, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, and the full range of cuisine on offer will present no end of tempting dilemmas.

Mediterranean dishes make great use of meat, fish, rice and olive oil, so there will be plenty of hearty options on most menus. The region’s wines are pretty good too and will make a great accompaniment to your meal.

Among Calpe’s other amenities are a cinema, aquatic centre and a fitness centre with sauna, but there is also plenty of historical interest to see, including the ancient town walls and the Iglesia Vieja church. Look out, too, for the Fiestas Museum and Museum of Archaeology, both in the centre of town.

Calpe Marina is the place to go if you fancy exploring the Costa Blanca by boat. You could also try water-skiing, windsurfing or many other aquatic activities.

Twice-weekly markets give you more to explore, and the fiestas in early August and late October are not to be missed if you’re lucky enough to be around. It’s mild in Calpe even in the winter, so it’s well worth a trip even after summer has passed.
