Once inside the villa it is light and spacious, with a large sun room looking out to spectacular views of the garden and mountains beyond. The open plan living and dining area is unique, with rustic, comfortable furnishings and large bright windows. There is a character fireplace providing a homely atmosphere and a cable television for your use. A complete kitchen provides the opportunity to try your hand at some Spanish classics!
On this ground floor, there are also two good sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Moving to the lower ground floor there are two further double bedrooms, a second living/dining area and an open kitchen. The space just keeps on giving in this property, so you can both socialise and find some time to yourself.
If you’re a fan of al-fresco dining then Villa Amelia provides ample space under its covered terrace and balcony, you can cook up a feast of fresh local fish on the barbecue and enjoy a glass or two of the local Spanish wines. From the terrace the view looks out to the irresistible pool and stunning scenery. Villa Amelia is in a quiet, peaceful resort.
The swimming bays and sandy beaches of the coast are hard to beat and are only a short walk away, along with various restaurants, a handy supermarket and a bakery. If you’re feeling sporty, there are surf and sailing schools only a short distance away, as well as a tennis and golf club for your enjoyment!  The property is situated in a cosy resort, in a great location in the eastern part of the region of the Costa Blanca, 110km south-east from Valencia and 70km north-east from Alicante. The resort contains all the amenities you could need with a supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.
The beautiful coast line is within walking distance, situated between Calpe and Moraira and is shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach. The location is spoilt with opportunities for summer sports, entertainment and organised trips. There is also a fun, friendly market on Saturdays and a Flea market on Tuesdays.
