Chalet Olivier is the ultimate traditional Alpine chalet, brimming with original charm with carved timber detailing, set in the heart of the pretty mountain village of Saint Martin de Belleville, close to the pistes. With access to the renowned 3 Valleys ski area, guests are ideally placed, whilst enjoying glorious mountain views from their chalet base.
Set across three floors, Chalet Olivier features exposed timber beams and inviting interiors, offering a rustic feel for the authentic mountain experience. With a kitchen on both the ground floor and the second floor, 8 guests can enjoy privacy and separate spaces, while having ample room to come together as a group at the end of an action-packed day on the slopes.
This delightful chalet accommodates 8 guests (with the option of up to 2 further guests making use of a mezzanine sofa bed in a space that already hosts two single beds.) The open-plan living and dining space offers a two storey-height space, with wonderful mountain views and balcony access. It's a brilliant setting for some time with family or cosy nights in with friends. With doors leading onto a balcony, guests can step out for morning coffee and take in the fresh Alpine air or enjoy an après-ski drink as the sun sets.
The bedrooms are understated yet comfortable, continuing the same timber theme with prettily patterned eiderdowns and sloping attic style ceilings. For easy piste access, within a charming village setting, and a base styled with effortless ease and chalet flair, this home ticks every box. 
The charming village resort of Saint Martin de Belleville is located at an altitude of 1450m; it offers access to the prestigious 3 Valleys ski area (including Les Menuires and Val Thorens) within an authentic mountain village setting, with the magnificent mountain range making a dramatic backdrop. Ski lifts provide links to the neighbouring resorts, including the lively resort of Val Thorens, which is especially good for apres-ski and high-altitude skiing. Saint Martin de Belleville offers some excellent restaurants and a handful of bars as well as good beginner slopes. Guests can truly get the best of both worlds here!

The ski resort of Saint Martin de Belleville boasts all the charm of a typical mountain village nestled in the Savoie region of the French Alps and offers a gateway to the renowned 3 Valleys ski area, covering both Les Menuires and Val Thorens.
Saint Martin retains its authentic feel and, though less glitzy than resorts like Val d’Isère, it is brimming with original Savoyard charm, with a clock tower, 16th-century church, narrow streets and stone and wood-clad farms. Saint Martin was a small farming village until the chairlifts linked it to the slopes of Méribel and Les Menuires, and as such it retains its quiet village feel. With a smattering of good quality restaurants offering both hearty mountain meals and fine dining, guests can enjoy haute-cuisine in a genuine Alpine village setting.
The ski area combines gentle greens and blues with a handful of more difficult reds so it's a beginner's and intermediate's paradise! The entire resort benefits from superb views over the whole of the valley. Take the ski lift to the neighbouring resort of Les Menuires for a wider selection of beginner slopes and from there you can access the biggest ski area in the world - the 3 Valleys. Val Thorens is part of the 3 Valleys and has something to offer everyone. More advanced skiers will delight in the powdery off-piste opportunities and the challenging terrain, with plenty of red and black runs to try out.
The resort’s impressive infrastructure makes it incredibly easy to get from one area to another. Saint Martin de Belleville also offers some 28km of cross country ski trails. Finish the day off with a moment of sheer indulgence at one of the resort's spas or recline on a deckchair in one of the slope-side restaurant's sunny terraces before skiing down to the village ready to enjoy delicious fondue or some apres-ski!
