Can Passapera is a modern property with a beautiful exterior, offering fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and of course the sea? The villa has five bedrooms for nine guests to sleep in, and even features a private pool and a spacious outdoor terrace.

The villas modern interior is spacious and sleek, boasting communal rooms that are flooded with natural light whilst offering great views through the many windows and French doors. These design features ensure that guests can make the most for the villas great location whilst also enjoying the airy and refreshing space. Much of the villas ground floor is open plan; this adds to the spacious feel and is great for entertaining. The living room occupies a large part of the space, with several comfy sofas, a television and a gorgeous feature fireplace, it is a versatile room, great for both quiet evenings of comfort and lively afternoons full of laughter. Walking through the living room, guests will soon enter the dining room, separated by a handful of steps the elevated table makes good use of the view and provides a space with a little more intimate for enjoying evening meals from. Like the living room, there is also direct access to the outdoor terrace. The nearby modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a quirky breakfast bar; this is ideal for providing a little company whilst cooking, or for grabbing a bite.

The villas five bedrooms are split across the two floors, and the two double bedrooms can be both found on the ground floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and both offer access to the outdoor spaces. Upstairs, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a further bedroom with a pull out bed complete the sleeping arrangements. The bedrooms are all unique, and may include a desk, ideal for writing a postcard home to your loved ones!

Can Passapera’s outdoor areas are fantastic for enjoying the great weather, appreciate great views throughout the terrace and from the comfort of the private pool. The spacious terrace has plenty of room to move your sun lounger through the day and also offers a shaded space. The villa also has a traditional barbecue and the option of outdoor dining, allowing you to make the most if this wonderful space.

The villa is well situated for a guest who is seeking some peace and quiet during their stay. Located in a small and quiet residential area of Blanes, Can Passapera is a calm and tranquil place. Settled in the hills surrounding Blanes the villa offers an elevated view of the town and surrounding area, giving you a bird’s eye view. The town's amenities are easily accessed from the villa, a supermarket is a kilometre away, and the beach just over two kilometres, with plenty of restaurants and bars in between.

Blanes is a fantastic destination on the Costa Brava, often referred to as the gateway to the famous coast, it is an ideal town to explore the region from. The town, although popular is the quieter than its much larger neighbour, Lloret de Mar. This gives Blanes are more laid back feeling, well suited to families and couples. The town's beach is spectacular; the huge stretch of golden sand is a dream from beach lovers. With lots of facilities, spend the day and enjoy basking in the sun, with the occasional dip in the clear waters to cool down. 

Those keen on exploring the region should make the most of the amazing walks all along the coastline. These paths often follow the sea and open to breathtaking views of the rugged cliffs and beautiful beaches. Many of the paths will also guide you around and down to hidden coves and secluded beaches, this is a fantastic way to escape the crowds and get a sense of the natural beauty abundant in the area. For something a little gentler, there is a wonderful walk-in Blanes to the San Juan Castle, and the hilltop castle offers panoramic views of the area, it is a wonderful way to start the evening.

Blanes is also home to one of Europe’s most spectacular fireworks festivals, towards the end of July the town celebrates its fireworks festival in style with a truly incredible display. The town really comes to life over the festival period with live music and family-friendly entertainers, it is a real treat for holidaymakers to experience!
