Property Description

Villa Llac is so spacious and so close to the wonderful delights of Port Alcudia. You are literally just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, the wakeboard park and Hydropark of Port Alcudia and only 10 minutes walk from the beach!
This is a superbly comfortable Mallorcan styled villa with traditional wooden windows and doors, super shiny floors and vast spaces in all rooms. With its four wonderful bedrooms, it sleeps eight and is suited to a large family or group of friends.
Villa Llac is well maintained and boasts a lovely pool set in a lawned garden with sun loungers and views to the Tramuntana Mountain Range. The table tennis table on the side terrace will be popular for family fun. There is a large, covered terrace to the front of the villa with dining for eight as well as a children’s dining table and chairs.
The light, the spacious entrance hall is majestic with an intricate, sweeping marble staircase. It is very impressive. Downstairs, there is a light and airy open-plan living and dining room, very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. There is direct access to the outside dining terrace. The large, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has access to another terrace, equipped with a barbecue.
The sweeping staircase leads to a massive landing area and four delightful bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed as well as a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. It also has access to a lovely, furnished terrace. The remaining twin bedrooms are served by two huge, traditionally styled bathrooms.
This is a very comfortable villa with lots of space and so close to everything.
Port Alcudia is a fabulous location for a holiday. It is so buzzy, with so much on your doorstep! The beach is absolutely gorgeous with so much going on. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars. Close by; the adorable, Medieval Alcudia Old Town is so charming with its intricate walls, cobbled streets, amazing restaurants and bars.

There is often evening entertainment with live music and plays, and it has a wonderful, buzzing open-air market within the walls. It has an exceptional architectural heritage with traces of human presence back to the 8th century BC. There are many ruins to admire as well as interesting historical buildings such as the Church of Sant Jaume, the Chapel of Sant Crist and La Sala.
Alcudia’s Natural Park is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearic Islands. It is a wonderful day out to discover the beautiful nature of Mallorca. Alternatively, you can head further inland to visit Valldemossa. Situated in an idyllic valley in the midst of the incredible Tramuntana Mountains, it is steeped in old-world charm with picturesque streets sprinkled with shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants.

Its ancient stone houses contrast vividly with the lush forests and the brilliant blue sky above. There are many trails marked from here into the forests.
You may have watched people kitesurfing often and might want to give it a try on Mallorca. The beach where lessons are permitted is between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. It is so thrilling and a perfect opportunity in the dazzling sea. Why not book in some lessons with EDMK Pollensa?
