Villa Layson is a bright and airy villa with eight bedrooms for up to seventeen guests. The villa has fantastic views of the nearby lake alongside access to some fantastic facilities. The home theatre and games room is perfect for keeping the whole group entertained, while the spacious outdoor area is the ideal place to enjoy a cool glass of wine in front of the glistening lake.
As you arrive, the villa opens into a large foyer area and quickly guides you through into the main living area, with the high ceilings and bright lighting ensuring the room feels cool and bright, offering a welcome retreat from the hot Florida sun. There are two large sofas and two armchairs arranged ideally for guests to gather and chat, or even lay back and enjoy some television. The kitchen is spacious and open-plan, excellently equipped with a huge fridge freezer and plenty of worktops so several cooks can work together. The island unit also faces the rest of the room so the cooks can still enjoy the conversation as it flows through the room. Attached to the kitchen space is a large breakfast bar accommodating six guests. This is a great social space to sit and chat or even enjoy a bite to eat during the day. For a more formal meal, the dining area is again spacious and bright and has a very stylish touch of art and wonderful feature lights, making the space a real pleasure to dine in.
The villa also boasts a home cinema, with a projector and seven large reclining chairs for complete movie watching luxury. There is also a mini-fridge, so you don’t need to miss a second of the movie as you relax into an immersive experience. In the loft you will find the games room, this has even more comfy seating set in front of the television, as well as a pool table and table tennis. The amazing Ferrari murals along the wall add a really fun ambience to the room!
When it eventually comes time to rest, Villa Layson boasts eight bright bedrooms. Each of the rooms has been simply, yet stylishly furnished with bright white walls and humble features that differ from room to room. The children’s bedrooms are colourful and fun spaces with the famous Disney characters featuring throughout the décor.
Outside, the large private pool offers a wonderful view onto the lake behind the villa, with sun loungers scattered around, sharing the same tranquil outlook. The summer kitchen is perfect for those who love to barbecue with two large grills and a sink to make cleaning up a breeze. There is also an outdoor dining table to enjoy dining in the cool evenings under the stars.The Resort
