How do I find my dream rental holiday villa? How easy is it to book a rental villa? Do you offer any other services? All your questions answered.
Simply type the name of the country, city, town, area or village in the far left search box at the top. Then enter the number of bedrooms and the desired dates and click search. You will then be taken to a page that lists all the available villas in that area. If you entered the name of a village and nothing comes up, then type the name of the nearest town or area and click search, more will appear.
Simply start your search by location and then you will be offered more opportunities to select by type of property you wish to rent. A chateau, villa, house, cottage, apartment or ski chalet.
Once you have started a search by location, date and number of bedrooms you will then be offered lots of other options. These include the type of property and if you click More Search Options (in red) you can also search for villas with a pool, tennis court, hot tub, billiards, near the beach and others.
Once you have started a search you can also sort by price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, name of rental property and featured, which presents great rental villas with a wow factor at great value.
Simply email us with all the details of the villa you wish to rent, including the dates or date range, number of nights, number of adults and children and their ages. Please include all the criteria for your perfect holiday villa (air/con, heated pool, pet friendly, walking distance to the town etc) and we will search for you and send a lovely selection with no obligation. If you let us know your budget, we will send a selection of villas that are available including all those under the budget, so you have a wide range to choose from. We do not restrict your choices to just those around your budget.
Simply fill in the enquiry form on the page of the villa you like and send. We will get back to you immediately to confirm price and availability.
We try to answer all enquiries within the hour during working hours and always within a day.
Many of the larger villas and chateaux will hold weddings. We organise the booking of the property only. Once booked the property will then assist in arranging your wedding. Some have everything in place, others will leave it to you to make the arrangements with a wedding planner or without. We do not offer wedding packages but some of the properties do and will liaise with you directly once the booking is made. Our wedding property specialist will advise on the best wedding venues.
We also have a selection of very special VIP villas that are not openly listed due to security concerns, but can be booked directly though our VIP service. Just get in touch and let us know if you are looking for something off-book: secret, once in a lifetime, unlisted, exclusive luxury villas.

Once you have started a search a map will appear on the left hand side of the page next to the villas. The map only shows the villas that are listed in that page not all the villas that are in the area shown on the map. To see more villas, simply click through to the next page or sort by price and number of bedrooms. You can be very precise with the location, such as village name or even say, arrondissement in Paris. Try 10th arrondissement!

Very! Once you have chosen your villa we place a free 48 hour hold which does not require any payment details from you. Once that is confirmed we take a down payment which confirms the booking.
90% of our villas include everything in the price we give you. Some may charge extra for end of stay cleaning or a country tourist tax. Many also offer private catering, baby sitting or fully inclusive which will be extra. Some include airport pick up and drop off. We will always make this clear when you book. You will receive the property terms and conditions before your booking is confirmed.
The nightly and weekly prices rates indicated are for off season which shows the cheapest price at which the villa is available. Peak season is more expensive. Contact us and we will provide you with a definite quote for the dates you wish to reserve by email. We always offer the best rates and you will not find them cheaper anywhere else.
Generally a booking can be made within two working days. Once the down payment has been made, the villa is yours. We send you all the villa details within two working days of the booking confirmation, usually the same day.
Yes, we offer additional concierge services, a private chef, catering, cook, welcome hampers, fridge stocking, maid service, baby sitting, childcare, extra cots, baby seats, airport pick-up and drop-off, security services, tours, trips, ballooning and car rental. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything else you might need.

All our properties insist that guests have valid travel insurance for their trip to cover any booking cancellations costs, medical emergencies, theft of belongings or damage to the property.
