It is close to Rogoznica, Sevid, Trogir, Primosten, Sibenik and Split. Guests enjoy watersports, walking, visiting wonderful towns and villages, and delicious cuisine, including Dalmatian smoked ham, goats cheese from the Dalmatian hinterland, olive oil, delicious lamb and fish, shrimps, clams, lobsters and anchovies which can all be accompanied by yummy local wines. Sibenik boasts many famous landmarks and galleries. Primosten is an island town, surrounded by even smaller islands. Sevid is a delightful small town, next to Vinisce and very close to Trogir, surrounded by unspoiled nature. You can also hike in the Mosor and Kozjak mountains and enjoy stunning panorama.  Villa Lezel is elegant and stylish. Its three bedrooms enjoy comfy double beds, plenty of space for your holiday wardrobes and lovely sea views. They come with wonderful soft furnishings, televisions and the colours of the sea. The main living space boasts a contemporary corner sofa, gorgeous giant artworks and a large wall mounted television for your entertainment. The kitchen diner is on the first floor, a beautiful space with pretty tiles on the wall, excellent appliances, including a large stainless steel fridge freezer, a circular dining table and chairs and another large painting. There are two immaculate modern bathrooms to share. These wonderful spaces are distributed over the villa’s three levels.  The villa boasts a wonderful terrace and garden. Sun loungers and other garden furniture surround its thirty two square metre swimming pool. Close to the pool is the shaded summer kitchen and alfresco dining area. Your barbecue masters will be delighted with this space. On the other side of the villa is the smart garden area with its lush lawn, olive trees, box hedges and a delightful double swing chair. This is a great spot to escape to with your holiday book.  Villa Lezel also comes with three bicycles for your use. These are a great way of getting about to explore and pick up supplies. The sofa bed in the living room can be used to sleep two extra guests if desired.  When you decide to leave the villa, you will find wonderful restaurants nearby, shops, fabulous beaches and the UNESCO Old Town of Trogir is only thirty minutes away. You might even want to head down to Split for a day for its abundant ancient buildings, excellent dining options, boutiques, cafes and vibrant nightlife.  Villa Lezel sits quietly, just seventy metres from the beach, in Razanj, a charming fishing and tourist village. It is a lovely location for a spot of switch off. There are pretty beaches and lush pine forests nearby. The nearby Rogoznica offers more entertainment, an excellent selection of restaurants and more shops. It is well-known for its ‘Rogoznica fishermen’s evening’. Rogoznica lies on a peninsula that was formally the island of Koper. The town has one of the most beautiful ports and locals engage in farming, fishing and tourism. It boasts some wonderful, historic churches and a salt lake called ‘Dragon’s Eye. The beaches are lovely with plenty of watersports.
Primosten boasts sublime views along the coast and islands, especially at sunset. It enjoys cafes, beach bars and a quayside buzzing with diners. It is much busier than Razanj with plenty of tourists strolling along its elegant paved promenade. The Our Lady of Loretto statue, a shrine to the Virgin Mary, stands above Primosten on Gaj hill. The site offers panoramic vistas of the resort. Primosten offers some lovely beaches, the most famous being Raduca Beach. The town also boasts one of the best known clubs in Croatia, Aurora, which regularly attracts the very best DJ’s.
Also nearby is the small town of Sevid which lies close to both Trogir. Sevid enjoys a delightful bay with several islets in front of it. The coast is rocky with several pebble beaches and some concrete sunbathing decks. It is popular for snorkeling, diving and exploring the coast and its abundant underwater life. Sevid snoozes away as time appears to have stood still in this tranquil Dalmatian village with its whitewashed villas and terracotta roofs following the bay.
Next to Sevid is Vinisce, a small, sleepy fishing village 30km from Split. It is situated in a beautiful cove with warm, crystal clear sea and among attractive olive groves. It enjoys several markets, bakeries, restaurants, café bars and a small harbour for fishing boats. During the summer, the people of Vinisce organise summer festivals where you can sample homemade specialities and wines and enjoy the outdoor evening concerts whilst sitting in a harbour side café.
Seget Donji boasts numerous restaurants serving delicious Dalmatian cuisine and local wines. There is a water taxi at the beach where you can head over to Trogir. The promenade is delightful and leads you towards the end of the bay and the wonderful Medena complex with excellent facilities and watersports. This pretty village is a wonderful starting point for hikers and bikers. The sparkling new Marina Baotic is very attractive with a fantastic restaurant.
If you want to travel a little further, you can head to Trogir, Split, the spendid Krka waterfalls and Sibenik. Trogir enjoys a magical blend of beaches, entertainment, scenery and restaurants. It is set within medieval walls on a tiny island, linked by bridges to both the mainland and to the far larger Ciovo Island. The Cipiko Palaces and St. Lawrence Cathedral are examples of the town’s incredible architecture. Building work started on the cathedral in 1213 though the main part wasn’t completed until 1250 and the bell tower was built between the 14th and 16th centuries. Visitors can climb the bell tower to appreciate the spectacular views from the top. The Cipiko Palaces were home to the town’s noble family in the 15th century. Trogir was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. On summer nights everyone leaves the knotted, maze-like marble streets and heads to the wide seaside promenade lined with cafes, bars, restaurants and luxury yachts. You will find local honeys, wines, olive oils and grappa amongst the colourful local fruit and vegetable produce at the wonderful market.
Sibenik is the oldest native Croatian city on the Adriatic, located at the mouth of the Krka River. It is famous for its fortresses, the Cathedral of St Jacob, St Francis Church, St Dominic’s Church and the Four Wells. There are several excellent museums and galleries too. Sibenik hosts many popular events including the International Children’s Festival, Sibenik Evening, Evenings of Dalmation Chansons and Sibenik Cultural Summer.
