For a taste of traditional Cyprus, head to the pretty villages of Pissouri and Pissouri Bay for traditional eateries and lovely beaches. In the evening, get the halloumi on the barbecue and some of the local wine flowing, or if your idea of a holiday doesn’t involve lifting a finger, Aphrodite Hills’ restaurants are just the ticket.
