A superior villa within the beautiful Aphrodite Hills resort in Kouklia, Villa Shura has its very own private pool, beautiful countryside views and access to all the facilities and activities on site. The villa has a gorgeous garden setting which surrounds it and is peppered with fragrant plants, shrubs and a myriad of Cypriot flowers.
Jump straight in for an invigorating swim in the pool or float gracefully, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. There is an additional ‘mini pool’ next to it which is ideal for sitting with a refreshing cocktail. There’s plenty of space around the pool to unwind, with four sunbeds and a manicured lawn. By the pool, there is a shaded pergola framed with green foliage. Guests can relax in stylish rattan chairs and enjoy an alfresco meal around the dining table.
The living room has an open plan design, bright and airy, thanks to the enormous windows that surround it. Cosy fuzzy grey sofas and rich patterned benches and armchairs provide ample spaces to relax together as a family. There’s a glossy dark wood coffee table, and colourful scatter cushions that tie everything together. Just beyond this, there is a dining table for six – look up to the twinkling statement lights.
The bedrooms are designed to be relaxing havens to come home to at the end of the day. Chic and charming, the master bedroom is a double room on the ground floor of the villa, while the twin room is upstairs and has twin beds. These can be zipped together to create an additional double, if required. Both beds have cosy quilted cream blankets, fitted wardrobes, plush armchairs and quirky abstract art on the walls.
Ensuite bathrooms are also decked out in soft peach marble tiles with dual sinks for convenience. The master bedroom ensuite has both a luxurious bathtub and shower, while the second bedroom has a glass shower room.
A pristine kitchen of speckled peach marble is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. The worktop is made from glossy granite, while the large statement kitchen island is the ideal place to sit and entertain your cook!The location of Aphrodite Hills could not be more convenient! Paphos International Airport is just 15 minutes away, and you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of Cyprus’s south west corner with all the unspoilt attractions and culture it offers. The resort slopes down toward the shimmering waters of the Med, providing stunning views from the villas and PGA National golf course.
The closest attractions to Aphrodite Hills are Pissouri Beach and Village. They avoid being over touristy even in high season and offer a chance to see the traditional character of Paphos; one all too often missed by visitors to the island.
There is also the beautiful, child-friendly Bonamare Beach. Aphrodite Hills offer a shuttle to and from the beach, meaning you can enjoy a cocktail from the beach bar without having to worry about driving back.
Pathos old town stands as an internationally recognised site of historic and archaeological importance. The Ancient Greeks believed Aphrodite rose from the sea at Paphos, and many ancient sites, castles, and traditional villages exist in and around the town, making for convenient day trips. This has earned the entire town a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
