A refurbishment project that took the owners the best part of a decade, it’s a much-loved home with all the modern comforts and buckets of character. Its stone exterior and green shutters match perfectly with its environment and its numerous sliding doors open to covered terraces and balconies, bringing together inside and outside living. In the well-kept grounds, you’ll find flat lawns for children to play on, a superb heated swimming pool and an ancient olive tree dating back 400 years.
Inside, spacious rooms flow perfectly, with tiled floors and a modern look to the ground floor. A well-kitted-out kitchen has all the mod-cons and opens to a dining terrace where a summer kitchen offers the chance to barbecue in the evenings.
