A very fresh and contemporary villa ideally situated in between the ancient Pollensa town and Port de Pollensa, which is just the ticket for families or groups of friends wanting a luxurious and comfortable stay in this desirable destination on the north of Mallorca.
The beautiful single-storey villa has a wonderfully free-flowing layout and is basked in daylight thanks to the stylish floor to ceiling windows and large patio doors, giving guests views across the stunning garden and pool area towards the Tramuntana Mountains as they go about the house.
The open-plan living space consists of a lounge area, with a big comfy L-shaped sofa pointing towards a wall-mounted plasma satellite TV and views of the pool, and a dining area with an ultra-modern dining table and chairs surrounded by patio doors leading out to the covered terrace.
The kitchen is a real work of art with its chrome and stainless steel modern fittings; a real haven for keen cooks with all the mod cons you could require. In the main casa, there are four bedrooms; three double rooms and one twin room. Painted a bright white, with soft furnishings and stone flooring, the rooms are designed to instantly make guests feel relaxed and relaxed for a luxurious night’s sleep.
The master bedroom has a fabulous four poster bed and a stand-alone bath within the bedroom. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with state of the art facilities and stylish décor.
There are two further bedrooms found in the cosy little casita, which is located across the pool area and has its private covered terrace. The double bedroom and twin room share a family bathroom, and there’s a chill-out area too. The casita is perfect for a family of four.
Outside in the garden, the private swimming pool, which is illuminated at night, takes centre stage and is aligned with sun loungers and parasols either side on the sun terrace.
The villa has two covered terraces, one who leads out from the living space and has stunning outdoor dining furniture and a handy built-in barbecue, and a breakfast terrace on the west side of the villa.
Kids will love the addition of the playground area, featuring a double swing and ping pong table. Adults can keep active too in the small gymnasium. Located between the ancient town of Pollensa and Peurto de Pollensa, this villa is ideally located close to both a city and beautiful beaches.
Pollensa is filled with winding cobbled lanes with historic architecture and an impressive main square, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars, which make this ancient town a beautiful spot to explore or head out for a meal.
Peurto Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. With a beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants.
The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.
For a day at the beach, Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water is worth a visit, along with Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
