Although it’s not the most modern home, it has had very recent updates and sits in one of Park City’s most sought-after areas, the so-called Gold Coast on Woodside Avenue. Best of all, the label “ski-in” really does apply here. You’ll have to walk to nearby Town Lift to make it up the mountain, but after a long day you can ski right up to this lovely home, take off your boots and settle in for a cosy evening. There’s even a wood-burning fireplace to warm up your frozen toes and tired muscles. And if that’s not enough, treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub on the deck as you gaze out over Park City’s shimmering lights.
