Perfectly equipped to offer a comfortable stay, with air conditioning and private bathroom in all bedrooms. This villa is divided into a main body plus a separate apartment and a separate bedroom with private entrances, also offering privacy in this residential area with only few neighbours. 
The main house consists of a living with fireplace and large windows overlooking the swimming pool, dining table to seat 8-10, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hobs, oven, refrigerator, nespresso coffee machine, independent laundry room with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer, 2 x double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with direct access out to the terrace and pool.
Exterior steps down to an independent apartment with 2 x double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), basic kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, small dining table and a toilet.

The vast plot is situated in a quiet and secluded residential area, within a 15 minute drive of the beaches of the west coast. San Jose village, with all its bars, restaurants and shops is just a few minutes by car. You are also just a 20 minute drive from Ibiza Town.
