The living room possesses a cosy fireplace and a comfy seating area. Adjacent to this room, lies a dining area out on the veranda with seating for up to ten people. Meals prepared on the outdoor brick barbeque can be devoured here.
Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a television and air conditioning for the ultimate comfort and privacy and are positioned across the home’s three floors. The master suite is particularly unique as it has access to the roof terrace where you can spend your days catching sun rays and overlooking the inspiring views.

The stunning bay has previously been listed as one of Europe’s best beaches and with it being backed by a magical pine forest and boasting transparent turquoise waters, it’s easy to see why.
Cala Salada usually gets quite busy during the high season, especially with families. Due to its location in the bustling and popular town of San Antonio, locals and tourists love to retreat to Cala Salada for tranquillity and relaxation. The beach is also home to a restaurant bearing the same name. The lovely beachfront venue is perfect for chowing down on some authentic Ibizan cuisine including mouth-watering paella and tasty sangria.
Kumharas is another brilliant dining option near the home. The vibrant restaurant and cocktail bar boasts a magnificent outdoor location. Situated beside a charming stone windmill, Kumharas is known as the place to be when the sun is going down and many flock here to watch the unbelievably beautiful sunset – you’ll certainly want to be one of them.
The restaurant fuses delectable flavours and cuisines from all over the world while the lounge is the perfect relaxing spot to enjoy an evening cocktail in.
