The main living spaces comprise an enormous, double height living room, which opens out into the garden and the kitchen and dining area, creating a vast space through which conversation and laughter can flow freely.
In the day time, the sun is beautifully filtered into the city, casting a warm glow across the large sofas which extend along one side of the room, the glamorous bar area, the long dining table and the beautiful kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find a remarkable gym, with all the equipment and space you could wish for, whether for a full-on workout or a gentler session of yoga or Pilates, ensuring you can stay in shape with ease while on holiday!
There are eight great bedrooms and eight accompanying bathrooms, plus a staff apartment, distributed across the three floors. On the top level, there is the incredible 140m2 master bedroom with stunning views over the mountains, sea and golf course and a dressing area, private terrace with an outdoor shower and a south-facing ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other seven bedrooms are equally beautiful, with fabulous ensuite facilities.
The magnificent garden has a huge heated infinity pool with a Laguna effect, surrounded by sun loungers and casual seating areas, and is beautifully lined by exotic, fragrant trees. There are several elegant alfresco dining areas across the exterior spaces, for fabulous meals with a view!
On the roof terrace, you can enjoy unparalleled views from your many loungers and sofas, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or perhaps something a little stronger later in the day!
With a golf course right beside you and tons of beautiful shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the beaches, vibrant nightlife and exciting retail therapy of Puerto Banus just a few minutes’ drives away, you’ll be spoilt for choice throughout your stay! The sublime natural landscape that envelopes you as you lounge by the pool or gazes out of the vast windows creates the impression that you’re utterly detached from the real world. Villa Caballero has located just a short drive from Puerto Banus, brimming with luxury brand boutiques, markets, restaurants, clubs and bars and of course a beautiful harbour.
Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier, with a traditional and beautiful old town, and holds many Michelin starred restaurants and world-renowned beaches where one can soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail at a beachfront bar! It has a vibrant history, visible in the many ruins throughout the winding cobbled streets of its Old Town.
Malaga, the largest city on the Costa del Sol, is also nearby, and is historically and culturally incredibly rich, putting even more activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is, of course, brimming with museums and art galleries, set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.
The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mainly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.
