This seriously comfortable, stunning, contemporary villa is located just a few minutes walk from the popular resort area of Protaras and Pernera. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a fantastic range of restaurants, bars and boutique shops very close by. Protaras is on the southeast corner of Cyprus, a neighbour to the buzzy Ayia Napa, and boasts the spectacular and popular Fig Tree Bay. The location could not get much better in Cyprus! The villa has 5 immaculate bedrooms so comfortably sleeps 10 guests. It is ideal for a large family group, two families or a group of friends.
Protaras is a charming destination that embraces traditional Cypriot culture alongside the expected fantastic entertainment of a modern holiday resort. The wonderful seaside pedestrian route is perfect for a stroll and offers stunning views.
Villa Adelphis is contemporary and streamlined, a modern box designed using fabulous, trendy materials and with fantastic use of glass. The delightful ground floor is open plan with a dazzling kitchen complete with breakfast bar and all the appliances you would wish for. The lounge and dining furniture is chic and stylish. There is also an immaculate, useful shower room on the ground floor. A wall of bi-fold glass doors opens to the lovely terrace, swimming pool and alfresco dining. The terrace and living space really does feel as one. The generous terrace and garden is landscaped. Sun loungers surround the wonderful pool and there is a barbecue and small kitchen area for wonderful covered alfresco dining.
Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, all with access to a balcony. The master double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. The remaining double and twin bedrooms share an exceptional tiled bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor which is accessed from the main living area. They both have wonderful double beds and access to a staircase that leads directly to the pool and garden. They share a fabulous, pristine bathroom. There is also a separate utility area with a sink on the lower ground floor.

Villa Adelphis is situated just minutes from the stunning Fig Tree Bay, one of the best beaches in the area. With beautiful, turquoise, calm waters, incredible white sand, Blue Flag status and fabulous watersports as well as bars and restaurants serving delicious food, cocktails and frappes, it is stunning and blissful. The centuries-old fig tree in the middle of the beach gives it its name You can explore the fascinating rock cave at the north end of the beach or take the coastal path and hiking trails to Louma Beach and Lombardi Beach. The beaches offer a variety of watersports including parasailing, jet skis, water skiing, wakeboarding, self-drive speed boats, banana boats and other inflatable rides. All year round you can scuba dive at Green Bay, Cyclops Bay, the Chapel, the Canyon, the Blue Hole and the Nemesis III and Liberty ship wrecks.
Although it has fantastic facilities, Protaras is tranquil and easy going. Ayia Napa is a 10-15 minute ride away from Protaras and is very busy with beach parties, karaoke bars and nightclubs. Ayia Napa is the island’s entertainment hotspot. It also boasts 14 Blue Flag beaches, delightful cobbled streets, a Medieval monastery and fantastic wonderful, atmospheric tavernas on the harbourside.
