The soft red and woody brown colour schemes, and the exbosed brick work and beams provide a comforting reminder of the crude farmhouse that has been renovated to create this luxury villa.Villa Presti is about 5 kilometres from the historic town of Città della Pieve where one can experience traditional life as well as admire the works of the painter Pietro Vannucci, otherwise known as Perugino. There are local festivals to enjoy including the Floral Street Art festival, the Palio and music festivals. The town has many fine restaurants and traditional trattorias. Amenities and shops include supermarkets, a chemist, hospital and police station. Services available on request:- Traditional Tuscan and Umbrian dinner prepared by a local Chef and served either in the villa or in the garden. – For lunchtimes you can book a real “pizzaiolo” who’ll make pizza in the villa’s own outdoor pizza oven. – Cookery classes can be arranged with a local Chef inside the villa – Immerse yourself in the rich world of Italian wine, and partake in atmospheric tasting sessions within a series of local caves.
