*The second bedroom features a bunk-bed, better suited for younger children
*We recommend hiring a car to get around the area – there’s one garage parking space and another tandem space shared with next door
*The third bathroom is a half-bath with WC facilities only – eight people will be sharing between two bathrooms (at full occupancy)
*In summer months, the host provides an air conditioning unit for the master bedroom
*A late check-out charge of $125 may be applied if housekeeping is delayed
