The gorgeous Chalet Lievre is nestled into the hillside in Le Cret, a sun- drenched, pretty Val d’Isere hamlet surrounded by beautiful mountains and offering stunning views over Val d’Isere. It is within walking distance of the town and a stone’s throw from La Daille. This fabulous old farmhouse has been beautifully renovated to offer chic, stylish holiday accommodation for up to ten guests. Chalet Lievre boasts four exceptional bedroom suites, a gorgeous, open plan living space, a cinema room that can be used as an additional sleeping space, a ski and boot room and an outdoor hot tub. The chalet’s traditional Savoyard wooden architecture blends beautifully with sumptuous contemporary furnishings and luxurious fabrics. Guests staying at the chalet enjoy a daily shuttle service to and from the slopes and a fantastic contactless catered chalet experience with options for an a la carte catering service. The chalet offers great access to the ski slopes with the Rond Point less than ten minutes away and the Solaise and Bellevarde slopes very close. La Daille offers quick access to the whole Espace Killy ski area.
Throughout Chalet Lievre you will discover solid oak floors, luxurious soft furnishings and some wonderful stone fireplaces that offer a wonderfully warm ambience together with its Alpine architecture. The lower ground floor is home to the dreamy master bedroom suite, the cinema room and the sheltered hot tub. The ground floor is where you will find the stunning open plan living space with access to a spacious terrace and the ski room. The remaining three bedrooms are found on the first floor, heavenly nests where you will sleep like kings.
You may have to draw straws for the master bedroom suite even though all of the bedrooms are warm and inviting. The master offers a beautifully adorned kingsize bed, an atmospheric fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe and a fabulous ensuite bathroom. With its four poster drapes, it feels very romantic and luxurious. The cinema room is fantastic for a relaxed evening in watching a movie. The squishy corner sofa arrangement is very comfortable and the vibrant red walls match the sofa piping. The screen is huge. This room also can be used for two extra guests. If children are tired after a busy day on the slopes, it is perfect for them while you enjoy your evening. The hot tub is also perfect for aching limbs, a luxurious treat where you can relax with a glass of champagne admiring the views.
The living space enjoys another feature fireplace where you will feel snug and warm. This is surrounded by sumptuous sofas and trendy chairs, a fabulous spot for afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks. Delicious meals can be prepared in the delightful, fully-equipped kitchen which offers excellent appliances including a range cooker and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The final three bedrooms are above, one with a comfy double bed and the others with superb twin beds. They are exquisite rooms with lovely soft furnishings and crisp cottons on the beds. Each of the bedrooms at Chalet Lievre enjoys its own ensuite bathroom, either with a shower or a freestanding bath.
