Dating back to the 11th century, the Chateau de la Chance is a magical holiday chateau in an equally magical setting. The chateau has stunning gardens, a large swimming pool, and can sleep up to 15 guests. Historic France is brought to life here.
King Henry IV of France once broke his journey at the Chateau de la Chance on his way to the South of France. The chateau is notable for hosting many famous guests and each of the 5 bedrooms is individually named in honour of the eminence of previous guests or owners.
There is a wonderful feeling of space at the Chateau de la Chance, and the owners have ensured in every way that your holiday experience will be unforgettable. Please note that the chateau is exclusively yours for the week along with its private gardens, but the swimming pool is shared with the occasional guests staying at the B&B gites on the estate. The wellness area by the pool has a new Jacuzzi, a sauna and a massage ‘douche’ that guests at the chateau have free access to. The Chateau enjoys 5000 square metres of private grounds.
Thouarce is 1km away and has a supermarket and a tennis court. Angers is 30km away and Nantes is 90km away. At the Chateau de la Chance you are surrounded by many of the famous Loire chateaux and vineyards.
