On the south of Montpellier, between the sea and garrigue, the Chateau De Valjoyeuse has been recently renovated by a famous international architect with a combination of history, contemporary elements and design furniture. The 160 hectares property, with 60 hectares of vineyard and 100 hectares garrigue, also enjoys a 3 hectare park and a 9th century chapel at the castle.
The property is one of the best wine producer of Languedoc-Roussillon, with wines regularly awarded in the most prestigious wine magazine (Bettane&Desseauve, La Revue du Vin de France). A 13 metre swimming pool and a tennis court will keep you fit and busy!

Unfortunately, there are no transport services near the property so a car rental is highly recommended.French breakfast are offered. A cleaning lady and a gardener work on the property.
