LOCATION
Palace Palm Oasis Estate is located in the best area of the Palmeraie, only surrounded by a handful of similar properties. A 10-minute drive will take you to Yves Saint Laurent’s world famous Majorelle Garden with its signature blue walls inspired by the designer’s creativity.
A further short stroll will lead you to the famous Hivernage quarter that hosts many restaurants, bars & nightclubs; located close to the famous Mamounia Hotel and the Medina of Marrakech ancient walls.
The 1800sqm Palace Palm Oasis, the jewel of the Estate, is equipped with reversible air conditioning and can accommodate 20 guests with 10 suites, all equipped with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower and a fireplace.
The in-house chef will prepare the best of Moroccan and international cuisine for you in a 170sqm professional kitchen, dedicated to staff use.
A former Michelin-starred guest house, the Estate is now available for privatisation for individuals and families willing to enjoy privacy and premium service in the very best spot of the Marrakech Palmeraie.

Hidden behind a range of citrus trees, two Royal Suite Lodges offer a unique experience for guests looking for extra privacy in an African atmosphere. Each lodge accommodates 2 guests and comes with a private pool and terrace, as well as a fireplace.
EXTRA ACCOMMODATION

Dedicated to groups of guests or families looking for extended accommodation, several independent amenities can host further guests or staff.
4 independent Golf Lodges, each of them with a double bed and their ensuite bathroom, can host a further 8 guests.
The Private Villa at the entrance of the Estate comfortably hosts another 2 guests, and has a private swimming pool and terrace, and a fireplace. Accommodation in the Private Villa can be extended to 6 guests on demand.
A 300 sqm space hosted in a separate building next to the Private Villa is used as a fitness studio & beauty center. It is a modular space, which can be used as a conference room or an area dedicated to religious ceremonies.
EVENTS
Palace Palm Oasis Estate welcomes private events, such as birthdays, weddings or private show cases. The 170sqm professionally equipped kitchen and dedicated staff can be used for catering purposes dedicated to unique events.
Further activities, such as tennis, golf, hot air balloon rides and much more traditional Moroccan leisure activities rest at arm’s reach, and can be tailor made & organised to your wishes. We can organise numerous activities, including quad or camel back rides, hot air ballon, tennis, golf, tailored visit to the souks, etc.
