Nestled at the foot of Tramuntana Mountains is this beautiful historic Mallorcan finca, known locally as a ‘Possession’, as it’s more than 300 years old. However, don’t be deceived by its age, inside the casa has been stunningly restored and partially extended while maintaining its traditional charm.
Guests have access to the upper part of the finca, and although it’s a semi-detached property, it remains private and secluded thanks to the separate access path and its very own award-winning infinity pool.
Inside the interior design is a fabulous mix of old meets new, with exposed original stone walls and wooden roof beams contrasting beautifully against modern comforts and luxury fittings.
As you enter the finca, the living room is breathtaking with its open modern staircase and galley hallway creating endless space and soaring ceilings. The room features a mix of traditional and contemporary seating, satellite TV, an original fireplace and coffee table, creating an incredibly cosy living space.
A door to the left leads off to the designer kitchen, featuring all the mod cons needed to create meals along with a chic white dining table and chairs.
Upstairs there are three stunning bedrooms, all with their en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a modern luxurious double bed, with the exposed roof beams creating a cosy ambience for bedtime. The en-suite bathrooms feature ultra-modern marble sinks and walk-in showers.
The third bedroom is on the upper floor and has incredible views over the Tramuntana mountains and access to the fabulous roof terrace.
Outside, space is abundant for outdoor living with shady natural stone terraces. One of the terraces is home to a pretty dining area with a table and bench. Across a luscious lawn and Mediterranean plants and olive trees, the infinity pool is found where guests will find it hard to tear themselves away from the surrounding sun terrace with endless views across to the bay of Pollenca.
An excellent highlight is the ‘stairway to heaven’; a pebbly path up its mountain, offering a magnificent view over the bay of Pollenca and on bright days even to Menorca!
The finca is located between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, making it just a five-minute drive away from the town and beaches. 

The historic finca is fabulously located near the Tramuntana Mountains, between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa.
Guests will enjoy cycling or hiking in the Tramuntana Mountain range, which is reachable by a path near the property.
The nearest town is Pollensa, which is s renowned for being one of Mallorca’s most attractive cities due to the winding cobbled lanes with historic architecture and an impressive main square, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars, which make this ancient town an excellent spot to explore or head out for a meal.
The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge, ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa, a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town.
Port de Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. A beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.
Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water is also a ten-minute drive away.
