Rent Home Lava Breadfruit The Catskills
Holiday Home Rental Description
Surrounded by twelve acres of towering pine trees, days at this Catskills cabin are best spent in the great outdoors. Start the morning with a coffee on the deck, followed by a stroll through the private trail in the forest. In the afternoons, enjoy an alfresco lunch as kids play on the treehouse, then gather around the fire pit come evening for stargazing under the night sky. End the day with a soak in the bubbling hot tub before bedtime.
This home is positively bursting with rustic charm – think soaring A-frame ceilings, quirky antler chandeliers, a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth and all the wooden details and timber accents you’d expect in a log cabin – but it’s got all the bells and whistles, too. The game room downstairs promises fun for the whole family – shake up a cocktail at the bar and play a round of pool or air hockey, tickle the ivories on the baby grand piano or settle down for a film and appreciate the cinema-style surround sound. Elsewhere, cosy sitting areas, a screened-in sunroom, cushy bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen offer plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable.
You’re just five minutes by car to Windham Mountain Resort and twenty from Hunter Ski Resort if skiing and snowboarding are on your to-do list, while hiking trails and the bars, restaurants and shops in Windham are only a three-minute drive away. We think it’s the perfect spot to discover the magnificent beauty of the Catskills.
