Slip into the splendid style that is synonymous with Lake Como, Villa Tremezzina occupies one of the most sought after locations on the banks of Tremezzina. Sip an aperitivo and inhale the fabulous fresh views over the shores of Bellagio and the Golfo di Venere of Lenno.
A fully staffed villa hosting up to 20 guests, in a private park with heated all season pool, gym, tennis court and staff accommodation. Built in 1901 by an American Admiral then reconstructed in 2005, and sleekly refurbished in 2019. A place that radiates happiness.
Tremezzina’s gardens are rich and mature, azaleas flourish in Lake Como’s famously even climate, there are ginkgo trees, red acacia, a bamboo forest and an olive grove from which the family presses their own oil.
The Kitchen Gardens have an abundance of fresh produce that will make its way to the dining table; courgettes and tomatoes, salad leaves, fragrant rosemary, basil and sage. In late summer you have sweet grapes, in autumn apples, and cherries ripen after spring.
The property has three buildings: the Main Villa, the Garden Cottage and the Guardian Home.

1 master suite (king size round bed) with three windows and double balcony, lake view over Golfo Venere and the Balbianello area, large walk-in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, and dressing room. Carrara Perfect-white marble bathroom with 2x2m shower. 1 double bedroom with 2 large windows, with a balcony overlooking the lake walk-in closet, spacious brown and white Brazilian marble bathroom with 2x2m shower.
