Villa Padula sits on a hill overlooking Tuscany’s picturesque countryside, enjoying the best that the ”Jewel of Italy” has to offer. Secluded, with the perfect blend of rustic and contemporary style, Villa Padula offers its guests a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The property is composed of a ground floor main villa (sleeping 10) and two first floor apartments (each sleeping 6), reachable by external staircases. The interiors are cool and comfortable, with air-conditioning throughout and simple rooms with ample space to lounge and relax. There is also a separate cottage on the estate perfect for a party, with a living area that can accommodate up to 60 guests.
The outdoor area is where you will want to spend all the hot summer days, with a gorgeous swimming pool, al fresco dining area and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy sunsets in the spa with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Certaldo (16 km) is famous for growing delicious sweet purple onions (cipolle di Certaldo) and for being author Giovanni Boccaccio’s hometown. Spend the morning exploring the museums then tuck into a bowl of fresh onion pesto pasta. This is a truly authentic medieval town – there is not a souvenir shop in site.
Empoli (21 km) is full of history and culture with plenty of museums and galleries to explore and beautiful piazzas where you can enjoy a quiet aperitivo or gelato.
San Miniato (21 km) is an eye-catching little town sitting between Pisa and Florence famous for its white truffles. Meander down pretty cobblestone streets taking in the pretty old churches and cathedrals and treat your tastebuds with local delicacies such as blood sausage, wild mushrooms and goat’s cheese.
