Villa Santini lies in the medieval village of Eggi. A 17th century villa in a private garden, it is a home away from home for group of 18-25 guests who wish to discover the pleasures and treasures of Umbria in an authentic environment. There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. On site, there is also a 2 room cottage with a resident manager.
Villa Santini is let in its entirety rather than a hotel or guest house and is designed to provide both peaceful places of retreat and areas to dine, work and play together as a group.Just over an hour north of Rome near Spoleto, in the medieval village of Eggi, lies Villa Santini in the region of Umbria. The region is mostly mountainous and hilly and presents a landscape rich in woods and water resources. It is crossed by the Apennines, which form numerous valleys. There is also a Friday market in Spoleto.
