Located in a small Ljubljeva bay in Dalmatia, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, this is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, offering the perfect opportunity for a holiday retreat away.
Furnished in a relaxed modern style throughout, the villa offers plenty of space for a group of twelve guests. Boasting an unusual layout, the property is split into three apartments, each with their own floor. Each apartment boasts a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Further to this, they all consist of an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with doors leading out onto a sea-facing terrace. Each floor has outdoor furnishings, making the terrace’s great spaces for lying back, relaxing and unwinding while reading your favourite book or enjoying a refreshing drink. This layout can be ideal for several generations of a family travelling together, with the separate apartments allowing everyone their own private space.
The ground floor terrace has space for everyone to sit together and socialise, and steps lead down to the fabulous, private swimming pool, another meeting point. The ground floor and middle floor both offer barbecues, so you can have local fish on one and meat on the other, combining together to create a tasty, summer feast for lunch or dinner! With the beach only a few steps away, you can take morning and evening swims in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, making the most of this magnificent location. Located in the village of Ljubljeva, only about 25 minutes away from Split airport, it is easy to access for a relaxed trip away. The popular, historical town of Trogir is approximately a 20-minute drive away. With sites to visit all around, such as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval city of Sibnek and its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral, there is plenty to keep you busy.
