The large, open-plan living room is a fabulous entertaining area, with direct access onto the terrace, with the pool on one side and an open-air jacuzzi on the other! On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, where you can cook up meals to enjoy together in this magnificent, social space. There is also a bathroom and a storage room. An interior staircase leads up to the first floor, which boasts four, luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. The bedrooms offer superb audio-visual equipment, underfloor heating, air conditioning and Koemmerling and Schüco glass walls. Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace which makes up Split old town. Brac Island is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica and there’s over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit, a real gem on the island!
