The villa consists of two separate apartments. The first on the ground floor and the second on the upper level. This layout can be ideal for two families, or various generations travelling together, as everyone can find their own space, whilst also spending time together in the various social areas. The ground floor offers two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. On this floor there is a bright and airy living area with an open plan kitchen/dining room that opens out onto the terrace. On the first floor, in the second apartment, there are three further bedrooms, two bathrooms and another spacious living room with a terrace. The upstairs terrace boasts beautiful views over the Rogoznica area. Villa Kokolja has modern and stylish furnishings throughout, there is an ease to the atmosphere that makes it very easy to de-stress and enjoy relaxing in this luxury property.  
The outdoor areas are also split on two levels, with the first floor opening onto a pool deck, boasting the private swimming pool and deck chairs, perfect for topping up your tan and lazing around, making the most of the warm Croatian climate. Downstairs, the living area opens onto a large terrace with a seating area and barbecue, so you can dine al-fresco all through your holiday!Located in Rogoznica, the Villa offers a great location for families and large groups. Rogoznica has 54km of coastline, located in the centre of Dalmatia it is a popular tourist destination due to the many beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. This is the most protruded part of the Croatian mainland, extending deeply into the Adriatic Sea, making it a hub for sailing, diving and water sports. Daily excursions to other nearby areas are popular, with the Unesco city of Trogir close by and boat trips to various islands on offer. Rogoznica is a great starting point on the mainland, and even better at the sea, beside of its outstanding location, it is the safest harbor on the Adriatic Sea.
