This beautiful home is the perfect base for those looking to enjoy a relaxing but luxurious break in Croatia. The villa is in the gorgeous Istria region, a heart-shaped peninsula in the north west of Croatia.
When you wake up in the morning, head straight out to the balcony to admire the view. Enjoy a breakfast of fresh fruit and bread, then make your way through the elegant villa to the lush garden. Choose to soak up the sun or swim in the pool, all the while enjoying the tranquil ambience.
When it comes to dining, there’s a fabulous setup inside the villa, as well as a lovely table under a pergola outside. We can’t resist the heat, so might cook up a storm on the barbecue and enjoy an animated family meal outside.
You could happily spend your whole stay within the confines of the villa and its pretty garden, but it’d be a shame to miss out on Istria. Head out by bike to explore nearby villages, or spend a day at the beach. Santa Marina is just three minutes away by car and is home to lovely white sand and clear, calm water.
You might like to drive fourteen minutes to historic Poreč to admire the boats in the marina or go shopping. It’s also a great place for watersports – why not give snorkelling or wind surfing a go?
