This mansion villa consists of 2 completely independent, carefully designed units. The upper unit has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an infinity pool of 35sqm, 150 sqm of terraces and living spaces. The lower unit has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, 170sqm of terraces and also an infinity pool of 40sqm. The villa is absolutely perfect for two families wanting to lavish themselves together or a group of friends.
The villa is simply breathtaking and palatial. As you can imagine, absolutely every possible amenity is available from Bose surround multiroom systems, Deezer music library, Netflix, 7 tv’s, Nespresso coffee machines – the list is endless!
On the ground floor, the sumptuous terrace and pool area to the front of the villa is decked with equally incredible furniture to compliment the villa. There is a fantastic dining area with outside kitchen. The planting is wondrous. The villa is built amongst astonishing, lush pine and cypress trees and other wonderful plants – the setting could not be more perfect! Incredible, breathtaking panoramic views can be seen from here and the upper front terrace. The infinity pool above is equally stunning and has a smaller yet totally luxurious terrace.
There is a further terrace at the back of the house with dining and lounge areas, outside kitchen and barbecue, complemented by very cleverly designed planting on the slope down on the hillside. All entrances to the terraces are through majestic full height glass doors the length of the villa. From every point in the house, the views are extraordinary. The living areas are complete with affluent luxury furnishings and incredible artwork. The bedrooms (all kings) are plush and superior quality. Each has its own exceptional bathroom, including the most efficient showers imaginable or baths amongst exquisite planting – the choice is yours!

You will not want to leave!!Grandeur Villa is situated in a backdrop of beautiful pines and trees on the slopes above Zrnovska Banja Bay on Korcula Island. It is just along the road from Korcula town towards Racisce, passing by Strecica Bay and Medvinjak. Zrnovska Banja used to be non urbanised and where people from Zrnovo up the hill would go at weekends to spend a day swimming and sunbathing.
Gradually people started to build summer houses, and it built up. It is very secluded and has a small pebble beach. There is a large jetty called Veli Most where youngsters like to have fun jumping into the sea. The bay is a good place to windsurf, just across the water from Viganj, a popular windsurfing spot.
It takes about 25 minutes to walk into the very centre of Korcula town or else you can drive in minutes or take a taxi or bus.
Abound with rustic charm, the medieval Korcula town has palm-lined streets and ancient surrounding walls, regularly inviting comparisons with Dubrovnik. The bell tower of St Mark’s Cathedral stands guard over the narrow Peljesac Channel. The narrow alleys and crenellated walls lead to amazing restaurants and alluring boutiques and shops. You must feast on some of the delicious food!
Korcula Island is lush with pine forests, vineyards and olive groves. It is beautiful with its woolly covering of evergreen holm oak and prickly maquis punctuated by dark green spears of cypress – just heavenly! It is a joy to visit the island’s hillside-hugging villages. Korcula is one of Dalmatia’s most relaxing getaways. Views over to the nearby islands of Hvar and Lastovo are stunning.
Superb beaches, including some sandy ones, are to be found at Lumbarda and in the secluded coves of the south coast.
The best way to get to Korcula is to fly to either Split or Dubrovnik and then take the car ferry or catamaran.
