Villa Bilota Croatia
Holiday Home Rental Description
If you’re looking for grandeur, opulence and elegance, Villa Bilota makes for a dream destination. If you like your holiday home more heavenly than homely, then allow beautiful Bilota to welcome you and your party.
Peaceful, private and pretty, you’ll not want to leave. The villa is stylish in a simple way that nonetheless creates a quietly dramatic sense of glamour. Sprawling across three mezzanines and nestled in perfect privacy, you’re flanked by olive and citrus trees. There’s no denying that you’re in the midst of the Mediterranean when you explore the grounds.
Villa Bilota comes fully furnished and air-conditioned to ensure that you remain cool, calm and collected during the Spring and Summer months. Bestowed with its own heated private pool placed a few steps down from the property, you may spend a great deal of time in this area – it’s very much a hub ideal for socialising and unwinding. It also contains a shallower area where you can indulge in a hydro massage. The water itself is filtered using a no-Chlorine system making it the safest for your group. Sun worshippers can also enjoy the sun deck area which is comprised of eight deck chairs across two levels and an outdoor shower for quick cool downs or washing off the pool.
You’re in close proximity to the beach, numerous local restaurants brimming with Croatian fare and plentiful shops, as well as the local town of Trogir, which is renowned as a UNESCO world heritage site brimming with history and culture, allowing full immersion into the local way of life.
This property is ideal for gatherings – you have a fully covered outdoor dining area should the weather take a turn or require shade that is perfectly suited to ten people. You can make use of the traditional barbeque to conjure delectable dishes and relax in the lounge corner, which you can access from the living and dining areas. To ensure your safety, security and peace of mind, the villa is monitored by a security camera and recording device that captures video, audio and photos of the outdoor areas.
The ground floor area of the property is where you’ll find a delightful kitchen island and seating area where you can enjoy picturesque views of the brilliant blue beyond your window. You’ll be able to make use of all the amenities you require, including a toaster, kettle, microwave oven and coffee machine. Decked out in white and grey with wooden surfaces, this space has a real sense of warmth and intimacy whilst you enjoy quality time preparing and enjoying meals together. Adorned with perfectly placed plants, there’s also a sense of bringing the outside inside and with the gentle glow of the antique-style hanging lights, you can enjoy a romantic feel in the evenings.
The dining area is one of our favourite rooms of the house, thanks to its soothing fireplace (especially appreciated during autumn and winter) and terrace, which connects to an outdoor dining area and those sensational sea views. It’s a simple room with little touches of grandeur, including opulent stonework.
A few steps below is the living area, complete with a sofa (which can be converted into a bed), a flat-screen TV complete with Netflix and a PS4 for the gamers of the family. The fact that the two areas are interconnected means the adults can dine and drink whilst the children play whilst still maintaining a sense of connectedness. With vibrant pops of green and yellow, this room has a sense of pleasant playfulness.
You can access an outdoor lounge and dining area from the living room via a glass door. Here you can also find a separate toilet and laundry area complete with the necessary amenities. Cosy and quaint, this is a sanctuary for those seeking some space.
Here you’ll also find the first bedroom with a queen size bed, air conditioning, a TV, balcony positioned with two chairs and views of both the sea and pool. A second bedroom shows off the sea views whilst a third flaunts the surrounding garden and neighbourhood. You’ll also find a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
As you move to the lower ground floor, you’ll be able to access an anteroom plumped with sofas for relaxation. But there’s so much more. One of our favourite features of this property is the Finnish sauna and Hot-Tub (which also gives you a view of the pool.) This is a blissful space for those who want to truly leave the cares of the world behind. You’ll also be able to locate bedroom four which has views of the parking lot and lush garden.
Villa Bilota has a comforting and intimate feel, an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and calm, and an exquisite sense of dialled-down drama for those who like a tiny touch of decadence. A beautiful property for families, we hope you enjoy the modern convenience, captivating and traditional views and built-in tranquillity. Located in the Okrug Gornji area on the island of Ciovo, a bridge connects you to the well-known town of Trogir, which is notorious for its many historical and cultural attractions, as well as for being a UNESCO site. It’s a very walkable area allowing you to truly get involved in the life’s of the locals. You can walk to mini markets, the beautiful beach, enjoy plentiful water sports and many restaurants and bars, and there’s also opportunities for gentle massages. To access Trogir you can use a local bus or a boat that leaves every hour.
Trogir is known for its beaches and its most famous and popular beach is situated close to the villa in Okrug Gornji. It’s a pebbled beach with an easy stretch of cafes, bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants making it ideal for whiling away a day in the sunshine. Trogir is special for many reasons, one being that it’s essentially a living museum capturing the local way of life and a wonderful way to truly know the area, perfect for those who prefer a more immersive experience. Here you can find poetically romantic courtyards, many cultural and historical monuments which highlight the beautiful past of the area, gorgeous art and original architecture.

We’d really recommend walking around and soaking up as much of the spirit of the area as you can. Another wonderful must-see option is Split, one of the most visited areas alongside Dubrovnik. Visit the promenade to take in the sights and sounds of the people and spend some time visiting the mighty Diocletian Palace and the areas UNESCO-protected Old Town.
