The villa boasts contemporary and stylish furnishings throughout, with a calm, yet sophisticated atmosphere. The main living areas are spread over the ground floor and mezzanine, with a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Floor to ceiling glass windows, allow light to flood into the space, breaking the barriers between indoor and outdoor and allowing you to move between the interior and exterior with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use and is honestly a joy to cook in, as whilst stirring something on the hob you can make the most of the stunning sea views right in front of you! The bedrooms can be found on the two upper floors, with a double and twin room on the first floor and a further double bedroom on the second floor. All the bedrooms boast French balconies and modern en suite bathrooms for your comfort.
The stunning lower level of Villa Capocesto III is where you can find the desirable private swimming pool. The pool is partially under cover, stretching out towards the ocean, you can swim out towards the beautiful views. On the lower level you will also find a sauna and fitness area as extra luxuries. From the pool, there are a few steps leading up to a large, romantic, outdoor terrace, with comfy outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table, perfect for both the day and night, just imagine yourself enjoying a glass of local wine whilst the sun goes down, what more could you want?!
