Villa Valerija III Croatia
Rental Description
Recently completed in 2021, Villa Valerija III is ready to house your family or friendship group. The property runs over two floors, the top floor is where you’ll find four bedrooms with double beds, and rooms decorated with paintings and flowers, as well as five bathrooms. On the bottom floor, you’ll find all you need to dive into your peaceful abode and make yourselves feel at home, including a kitchen, living room, dining room able to seat ten guests, covered outdoor terrace and BBQ and a further outdoor area where you can drink in those sublime sights or make the most of al fresco dining opportunities. Tastefully decorated, the modern décor blends with the surrounding beauty without detracting from it.
The design of Valerija III is clever – the villa comes with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which maximises the amount of light received. Whether your party are homebodies who prefer to avoid the dead heat of the day, or an active bunch who like to spend days out exploring, you’ll be garnering the maximum amount of light each day.
Valerija III is poised on an elevated hill, which intensifies those picture perfect views. The property also allows private parking and comes complete with lavender gardens. Valerija III is on the doorstep of the Adriatic, an area with gentle water and a sheltered bay, making it ideal for ample swimming opportunities and idyllic days sunbathing or meandering along the beach.
You’re mere minutes from the local town of Rogoznica, a traditional Croatian town that has quite a unique selling point. As well as offering a slice of Croatian life, it’s positioned perfectly between some very popular tourist destinations: Sibenik, Split and Trogir. These are trips you absolutely must take whilst in town.
If you’re seeking a home away from home with a little luxury, plenty of privacy, opportunities for adventure but a peaceful base, Valerija III is ideal. For true relaxation, you can also enjoy the wellness centre, heated infinity pool for morning and evening dips, and the Jacuzzi and sauna. Let your stresses melt away, and allow your families every need to be taken care of at Valerija III.Croatia has always been a tourist favourite thanks to its architecture, magnetic natural beauty and easy way of living, and it attracted more attention still when HBO released the highly popular series Game of Thrones. It attracts a variety of tourists, couples hungering for romance, families looking for serenity and friends hoping to explore a new adventure together.
You may or may not have heard of the village of Rogoznica and although it may seem like any other quintessential Croatian village (perfectly pretty, slow paced and welcoming), it does have a rather unique lure. It’s lucky enough to be positioned in perfect distance between areas of interest, Sibenik, Split and Trogir.
You’ll find Rogoznica on the edge of the Dalmatian Coast. It’s part of a deep bay that is sheltered from wind and weather, lending it very docile waters ideal for family swimming. All the appeal of an antiqued village can be found here, it’s safe and slow and allows you to drink in the raw and real Croatian way of life. There is much to do locally; you might like to spend some time at Zecevo Beach or explore the lavender labyrinth.
The best weather hits during July and August with rain very unlikely, making it a great summer holiday destination for those seeking warm weather and a stress-free trip. For those of you who’d like to see more of Croatia whilst you’re in town, there are some excellent options available and you can use your own car or take a tour.
Sibenik is a beautiful part of the country, and has strong ties to Croatia’s musical tradition of “Klape”, an evening choir which hits the city from June to mid-September. Here you can soak up plenty of culture and history, whilst also taking in the four fortresses that surround this elegantly pretty city. There are many churches and historical buildings to captivate the senses – we’d recommend Sibenik Cathedral St Jacob. The narrow streets and staircases are reminiscent of Venice, another charismatic European city of beguiling beauty.
From Sibenik you can also access two national parks. You can visit Kornati by sea or Krka by land. Sailors adore the area due to its 249 neighbouring islands, very few of which are populated by humans. The city also knows how to throw a festival, so make sure you check their timetables to see what takes your fancy. There’s literally something for everyone, whether music, history or film is your thing.
Split is one of Croatia’s most visited destinations, alongside Dubrovnik, and is the second largest, having been built for the Roman emperor in AD 305. The Riva waterfront is a wonderful place to take in the cohort of wonderful characters, sounds, smells and sights that this unique city has to offer. You might then choose to visit some popular historic sites such as the Saint Domnius Cathedral or Dioletian’s Palace and there are also plenty of galleries. Bacvice Beach offers sunbathing and swimming for those who want to grab an ice cream and slow down. Game of Thrones was partially filmed here, so fans may also want to visit the museum which has plenty of costumes, wigs and facts on display.
Trogir, which is a UNISCO registered site, is a great option if you’d like to see some spectacular architecture spanning Romanesque, Renaissance and baroque styles.
