Set a mere one-minute walk from the white pebbled shore of Kaštela Bay, stands this spectacular five-bedroom villa, sleeping up to twelve guests. As you enter the property on the ground floor you are greeted with a chic open-plan kitchen, complete with a pantry and breakfast bar. Modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ice maker and wine fridge create an easy-going stay. For an additional cost, you can hire your own private chef to make this holiday even more relaxing.
Opening out into the rest of the ground floor you find a glass dining room table, with twelve comfortable cushioned seats surrounding it. Moving further around the space is a plush lounge with a flat-screen TV. The sofa doubles as a bed for the evening if you need the villa to sleep twelve. Bubble lighting fixtures add a soft playful aspect, linking the three spaces seamlessly. Three sets of double doors run along the dining and lounge wall, making the outdoor even more accessible while adding an abundance of natural light into the property.
Four bedrooms are spread across the first floor. All have king-sized beds and a modern en-suite bathroom attached. The style of each room flows into the next with sleek finished and plenty of room for storage. Two of the rooms on the first floor have a personal balcony with a patio table and chairs to unwind after a day of exploring. On the second floor, there is a spectacular master bedroom with a lounge area and ensuite. Accessible from the room is a private terrace with lounge chairs and sunbeds- a private oasis for you to enjoy.
Outside there is even more to find. The double doors on the ground floor open out to an outdoor seating area, with cushioned seats and egg chairs to choose from as you look out at the oasis of green before you. Continuing around the patio there is an outdoor swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols line up next to the pool which is heated. An outdoor shower helps keep the sand from the days exploring the coast or to cool off from the Croatian sun.
There’s also an outdoor fireplace, grill and wooden dining table to use. Relax and enjoy the crackling of the flames as you dine and unwind under a Croatian sunset and starry sky. A secret door to the side of the outdoor grill leads down to a hidden luxurious games room equipped with a pool table, table football, darts board and sofa. An elegant memorial of the neighbouring town and seafront is along one wall, a flat-screen TV and fireplace on the opposite side and a small kitchen and drinks fridge against another wall.
If this wasn’t enough space to enjoy there is also a private tennis court around the back of the property, with the option of a tennis coach to come in and give you lessons if you desire- additional charges will apply if you choose to use this service. Included in the initial price of the property are concierge services, daily maintenance, daily breakfast (you will only have to pay for the cost of the food), laundry and ironing services. The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and is air-conditioned to cool off from the summer sun.

See how the people of Split have reclaimed a Roman Emperors’ home when visiting Diocletian’s Palace. Surrounded by high columns, detailed entrances and imposing arches you can immerse yourself in the past while exploring a host of shops, bars and cafes that now reside within its walls. It’s not difficult to find either as its walls are integrated into the narrow streets of the old town, merging the palace into the rest of the city. The alleys create a maze into the past, with detailed bricked architecture withstanding all that has come after its erection, you can immerse yourself in the rich history of this city.
Keeping along the coastline, just by the palace is the Split Riva. A palm tree promenade that acts as a relaxed, easy-going social space with many couples and families taking walks along its walkway or enjoying some food in one of the cafes. It is also the host of many events held in Split each year both in celebration and political.
If you want a break away from the bustle of the crowds, the Marjan forest is the peace you are after. Not far from the cities centre, west of the palace- is the Marjan Stairs- an alleyway of greenery giving you immediate peace and a gateway to the forest. Speckled with historic buildings and churches, the winding trails lead you to some of the best views of Split. Walking to the top of this park is a must if you want to experience exquisite views and only thirty minutes from the start!
