This majestic villa is set on a large plot (1352 m2) and is certainly one of Aphrodite Hills most superior villas, overlooking the sixth fairway of the championship Golf Course.
Presented over three levels, the impressive main entrance door opens into spacious living quarters. The lounge is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and offers a stone built fireplace and large flat-screen TV. To the right is the dining area, featuring a modern glass topped table with eight chairs. The kitchen, with its high quality dark wood units and integral dishwasher, also offers a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. Sets of French doors at all sides offer idyllic views over the pool and garden.
To the left of the lounge, an inner hall leads to a guest WC and the first of the four bedrooms. This is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and shuttered French doors opening out onto the pool terrace.
A marble staircase leads up to a small landing area with a door leading onto a large shaded upper terrace. This is well placed for making the most of the beautiful views, the sparkling sea below and the majestic mountains inland. The master bedroom is also on this level, with ample dressing space and an en-suite bathroom offering a bath with shower, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit with “his and hers” wash basins and WC. Sets of shuttered French doors lead onto a private shaded balcony, with stunning views over the pool and golf course.
On the lower level there are two further bedrooms; both are twin rooms with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. One has an en-suite shower room (featuring a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and WC) whilst the fourth bedroom has a similar shower room adjacent. This room also has a door leading out to an exterior staircase to the rear garden and pool area. Also on the lower level is the utility room housing the washing machine.
Outside, the large 6m x 12m overflow swimming pool* with Roman steps takes pride of place in the spacious sunbathing terrace, which is set with ample sun loungers and a handy poolside shower. A lovely covered area is furnished with table and chairs and an additional large shaded area contains a gas barbeque and sink, whilst the lawned garden bordered by fragrant bushes perfectly compliments the relaxed feel …. a little piece of alfresco heaven!

Paphos International Airport is just 15 minutes away, and you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of Cyprus’s south west corner with all the unspoilt attractions and culture it offers. The resort slopes down toward the shimmering waters of the Med, providing stunning views from the villas and golf course.
The closest attractions to Aphrodite Hills are Pissouri Beach and Village. They avoid being over touristy even in high season and offer a chance to see the traditional character of Paphos; one all too often missed by visitors to the island.
There is also the beautiful, child-friendly Zias Beach Club, just minutes down the coast, at Avdimou Bay. Aphrodite Hills offer a shuttle to and from the beach, taking a scenic route through the Cyprus countryside, past acres of vineyards.
Pathos old town stands as an internationally recognised site of historic and archeaological importance. The Ancient Greeks believed Aphrodite rose from the sea at Paphos, and many ancient sites, castles, and traditional villages exist in and around the town, making for convenient day trips.
