You’ll find this modern villa a five-minute walk from Protaras, where clear waters, Hellenistic tombs and the beloved Fig Tree Bay await. Pack your seaside essentials, lather up the sun cream and take the nine-minute walk to Sunrise Beach or Fig Tree, a little further along the shore (twenty-one minutes). That’s if you can peel yourself away from the private slice of paradise back home.
Days begin outside, enjoying a Greek coffee and a fresh watermelon out on the terrace while listening to the green foliage whispering in the soft breeze. Spend hot afternoons catching rays on the sun loungers or swimming in the pool, and looking forward to lazy alfresco lunches on the patio terrace, complete with a barbecue and outdoor dining area that comfortably seats the entire group.
Inside, it’s a bright open-plan living space with a contemporary design that benefits from sleek sliding glass doors. Natural light floods in throughout the day, setting the scene for a couple of chilled drinks out of the heat of the afternoon.
