An unusually designed villa in the form of a premium serviced apartment within the Aphrodite Hills resort. With five bedrooms and decorated using lots of luxurious marble, this villa is nestled on the eastern plateau of the complex. It is a highly sought after spot with one of the best views of soaring hillsides and the sparkling Mediterranean sea. Look down to see the wild beauty of the ravine. While the villa is tucked away and quiet, guests can access the resort facilities including the Retreat Spa and a myriad of swimming pools.
The shimmering infinity pool is spacious enough for the whole family to swim in peace, and enjoy the unobstructed scenic views of the countryside. A row of entrance steps that span the width of the pool provides a safe and comfortable spot to sit in the water. The expansive courtyard surrounds the pool, providing ample space to relax and dry off from your relaxing soak. There’s even an ornamental well in this area! A luxurious poolside bale has comfortable rattan sofas that provide the best views.
Step into the living space to find a truly unique haven to unwind in. Sink into the regal bronze velvet sofas, dotted with crimson cushions or the matching armchairs that stand proudly on the marble floors. Abstract art and interesting objects are scattered around the room. The furniture is dark mahogany, teamed with golden gilded mirrors that add a glamorous twist.
The quirkily designed kitchen runs along a single wall, with superb views of the greenery. Kitted out with everything you need to create delicious homemade meals, this kitchen is as functional as it is stylish. The floors are in grey slate, while darker panels are used along the kitchen wall. The bathrooms are decorated in tonal peach and feature glass-encased showers and dual sinks.
Ascend the marble staircase to find two double bedrooms and three twin rooms. If required, the twin beds can be zipped together to create double beds. A patterned rust and cream rug adorns the floor. Shimmering cream and taupe quilted bedspreads adorn them. A variety of classical sculpture and colourful contemporary art is on the walls, while each room has large fitted wardrobes. One of the double bedrooms is connected to a twin room by way of a stunning ensuite bathroom – perfect for families with children. The location of Aphrodite Hills could not be more convenient! Paphos International Airport is just 15 minutes away, and you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of Cyprus’s south west corner with all the unspoilt attractions and culture it offers. The resort slopes down toward the shimmering waters of the Med, providing stunning views from the villas and PGA National golf course.
The closest attractions to Aphrodite Hills are Pissouri Beach and Village. They avoid being over touristy even in high season and offer a chance to see the traditional character of Paphos; one all too often missed by visitors to the island.
There is also the beautiful, child-friendly Bonamare Beach. Aphrodite Hills offer a shuttle to and from the beach, meaning you can enjoy a cocktail from the beach bar without having to worry about driving back.
Pathos old town stands as an internationally recognised site of historic and archaeological importance. The Ancient Greeks believed Aphrodite rose from the sea at Paphos, and many ancient sites, castles, and traditional villages exist in and around the town, making for convenient day trips. This has earned the entire town a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
