This beautiful three-bedroom villa is a bright and airy, modern property, with delightful architectural features a contemporary décor that makes each room a joy to spend time in. Combining indoor and outdoor living, Villa Desdemona has plenty of room for a group of four guests to spread out and relax, making the most of every moment spent in these tranquil surroundings. The villa is located in between the popular resorts of Kapparis and Protaras, with the nearest sandy beach and the resort centre only five-minutes’ walk away.
Inside, the villa has an open plan layout, making the most of the space on offer. The living area has comfortable sofas that are beautifully designed to look gorgeous in the space and encourage you to put your feet up and relax. There is a widescreen TV with a full UK satellite package so you can keep up to date with your favourite shows, switching off and leaving any stress behind. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need and a large social breakfast bar, perfect for a quick glass of wine in between cooking! There is also a shower and toilet on this floor, handy if you are coming in from the pool.
Stepping up to the first floor, there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom features a double bed and the other two bedrooms both have single beds. All bedrooms have large patio sliding windows with views of the pool and surrounding area, as well as air conditioning to keep you comfortable. There is also a main family bathroom on this floor, complete with a shower, tub and toilet.
It feels as though every room in this villa has a connection to the outdoors, be it doors that slide open or windows that open out to tranquil views. From the main living space, you can leave the doors open, creating a seamless barrier between the indoor and outdoor. There is a swimming pool, barbecue area and plenty of outdoor dining space, perfect for mornings, afternoons and evenings spent outdoors! Furnished with sun loungers and parasols, there is room for the whole group to rest, reading books, sunbathing and soaking up the holiday atmosphere. Villa Desdemona is located within a few minutes’ walk of beautiful sandy beaches and a bustling selection of bars, restaurants and shops, so almost everything you need is accessible within a short stroll. This area of Kapparis is a great base for a relaxing holiday, with the larger resort of Protaras is just a 5-minute drive away and the town of Ayia Napa just twenty minutes.
From the villa you can enjoy hiking through nature parks, investigating top cultural sites and swimming along pristine beaches, not to mention the waterparks and water sports that adrenaline lovers will adore! The protected nature park area of Cape Greco is just a short drive away, with an array of intriguing nature trails lined with beautiful pine trees and diverse botanical sites. There are spectacular views from the sea cliffs looking down to the Mediterranean Sea, with picnic spots and photo opportunities galore. You can hike, cycle or horse ride around the trails, with opportunities for scuba diving, snorkelling and swimming as well!
The entire coast is sprinkled with beautiful sandy beaches, so you can pick a different one each day. There is a beach a few minutes’ walk from the villa, or more a short drive away. The famous Fig Tree Bay beach is a great option, with a boardwalk, sandy shores and crystal-clear water for you to swim in. The calm nature of the sea makes this coast popular with families as young children can swim safely, so at Fig Tree Bay you can even enjoy water sports, with sea kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing all on offer! This beach is located in Protaras, with beautiful Venetian architecture, pretty pastel-coloured houses and cobbled streets that guide you through the bustling resort. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to keep you occupied and giving you a taste of the local culture. For a livelier atmosphere, the town of Ayia Napa is just a short drive away from the villa.
