Driving is the most popular choice for visitors, with private vehicle rental available from all nearby airports. Alternatively, you can drive directly from the starting point of your choice.
If you wish to fly into the area, Geneva and Lyon’s airports are both around a three-hour drive away. From the airport, you can make arrangements for a transfer, vehicle rental or even take a train to nearby Bourg-Saint-Maurice, which is only 30 minutes away from Val d’Isere by public transport.
