As soon as you step inside the apartment, you’re sure to be struck by its elegant design and beautiful finishing touches. The open-plan living and dining area is light and airy, with large windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains before opening up onto a private terrace with a bubbling hot tub.
The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large flat-screen TV bathed in natural light from the adjacent windows, making it the perfect place to relax with family and friends after a day on the slopes.
The dining area is located to the rear of the lounge area with a large reclaimed wood dining table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to eight people for group meals or board games using the apartment’s complimentary board game library. Meanwhile, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with modern appliances like a coffee machine and everything you need to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay.
For sleeping, the apartment has four lovely bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. Each bedroom features either a double bed or two singles which can be converted to a double, soft mattresses, and cosy bedding, ensuring a good night’s sleep while the snow falls outside.
The apartment also benefits from a ski room, so you can securely keep your ski equipment warm and dry ready for the next day.

To get your holiday started the journey to Val d’Isere is relatively easy, with several airports located within a few hours’ drive such as Lyon and Geneva, both of which are around three hours away.  From the airport, you can arrange for a rental vehicle, private taxi, or shuttle bus to complete the journey to Apartment Mathilde.
Once you arrive at the resort, you’ll find the apartment to be conveniently located within walking distance of the ski lifts and the many shops, bars, and restaurants that Val d’Isere has to offer. The resort is also home to a number of spas and wellness centres, where you can relax and unwind between excursions.
Known for its excellent skiing and snowboarding opportunities, with a wide range of slopes to suit all levels of ability, Val d’Isere is part of the acclaimed Espace Killy ski area, which also includes the neighbouring resort of Tignes. In addition to Alpine skiing and snowboarding, Val d’Isere also offers a range of other winter activities, including ice skating, tobogganing, and freestyle ski parks.
