The closest major airports to Val d’Isere are Geneva and Lyon, both of which are around three hours away. From the airports, you can easily arrange for a shuttle bus or taxi to the resort, or rent a private vehicle to complete the journey yourself.
If you prefer to travel by train, the nearest railway station is Bourg St Maurice, which is only a half-hour away from Val d’Isere.
Once you arrive at Val d’Isere, you’ll find yourself surrounded by stunning alpine scenery and a wide range of activities to enjoy. In the winter months, the resort is known for its world-class skiing and snowboarding with over 300km of ski slopes to explore across the Espace Killy ski area.
