The apartment itself has a spacious open-plan living and dining area, which is flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows that overlook the surrounding mountains. The living area features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Large windows reveal a private balcony where you can take in the fresh mountain air while watching the sunset.
The adjacent dining area provides ample space for guests to enjoy meals together, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessities for creating delicious family meals.
For sleeping arrangements, the apartment has two comfortable bedrooms with access to a shared bathroom, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bedrooms feature plush bedding and warm lighting, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment to ensure a good night’s sleep.
Beyond the apartment, you’ll find its location to be second to none, with the ski slopes and local sights just steps away. To get to Val d’Isere, you can either drive or take a shuttle bus from the nearby airports of Geneva and Lyon, both of which are around three hours away by private vehicle. Alternatively, the resort is also accessible by train, with the nearest train station located in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, approximately a 30-minute drive from Val d’Isere.
In the surrounding area, you’ll quickly learn just why Val d’Isere is so renowned for its skiing and snowboarding opportunities, with over 300km of ski runs that cater to all levels of ability. The resort is also home to a range of other winter activities, including snowshoeing, tobogganing, and dog sledging, providing plenty of options for non-skiers.
Aside from its outdoor activities, Val d’Isere is also home to a fantastic range of restaurants, wellness centres, cafes, and bars, truly offering something for everyone, from traditional French cuisine to international favourites.
