Villa Yasemia holds a fabulous position on the north-east coast of Corfu, close to the popular resort of Kassiopi and just a 250m walk to a small beach. Beautiful Avlaki beach itself is just a few hundred meters away, conveniently located in between the livelier resorts of Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos. Avlaki’s Blue Flag beach is excellent for families while also catering for guests looking for a more relaxing stay. Located away from any hustle and bustle, here there are a few local tavernas which serve delicious local food.
The luxurious villa boasts beautiful interiors and furnishings, the neutral and sophisticated colour scheme helps create a relaxing atmosphere where guests will immediately feel at home. Villa Yasemia comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across five bright, en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, guests will find the spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a dining room which can seat up to twelve. Downstairs, on the lower ground floor there is an accessible king-size bedroom, with step-free access from the drive-way, this room benefits from external access to the pool area, a large wet room as well as its own small kitchenette. Also on this level, is a second living room area, cloakroom and a further three king-size double bedrooms, each boasting en-suite bathroom facilities and access to the garden. Upstairs, on the first floor, is the huge master bedroom, this room boasts spectacular views which can be enjoyed from the private balcony as well as en-suite facilities.
Outside, the large private pool is a great spot from which to enjoy the impressive sea views. There is a dining area which comes complete with barbecue, perfect for those who wish to dine al fresco and make the most of the Corfu sunshine! The covered comfy sofa area is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee while planning out your activities for the day. Villa Yasemia is situated just a short walk away from Avlaki, here there is a beautiful white-pebbled beach complete with sparkling blue sea. The beach is ideal for swimming and therefore perfect for families, a few handy tavernas serve excellent local food. The lively village of Kassiopi is just a short car journey away, here a wider range of amenities can be found including shopping and late night bars. For those looking to explore further afield, Corfu Town is a must-visit and is only around an hour’s drive away, this 16th century town boasts pretty cobbled streets, churches and museums.
