With everything you need pretty much at your feet, we recommend taking a leisurely stroll to Barbati beach, where you can sit upon the white pebbles and swim in the crystal clear water or explore the secluded coves – this is considered by many to be one of the prettiest beaches in Corfu, and is not to be missed. When you start to feel a bit peckish, walk along to one of the restaurants or traditional taverns nearby to sample some of the local cuisine.
When you get home, unwinding for the evening is easy – slide open the patio doors to reveal a spacious pool deck. Take a refreshing dip to cool off and re-energise before dinner, or simply sit on a sun lounger and get lost in a good book for a while. Speaking of dinner, you’ll have your own barbecue here, complete with a comfy seating area that’s covered by a pergola. Throw some fresh seafood on the grill and then tuck in alfresco for a delicious and chilled-out meal. Make sure you don’t miss the sunset (though admittedly that is hard here with panoramic views all the way to the Albanian mainland). Pour a glass of wine, sit back and enjoy the show.
