Spread over six hundred square meters of tropical lands, the villa infuses soothing neutral hues with cobblestoned walls for a refreshingly laid-back vibe. It comprises two main blocks and a cosy guest house by the sea.
A sprawling open deck awaits you, flanked by lush verdant foliage. Sip on cocktails and enjoy swaying views of turquoise waters from the oceanfront patios. A luxurious infinity heated pool is bordered by vibrant daybeds and coffee tables, that form the social heart of the villa. Lounge on puffy sofas by the pool, bask in the mild evening sun out in the courtyard and luxuriate under umbrellas on a daybed — the choices for relaxation are endless.
There are four spacious pergola-covered terraces, adorned with spectacular woodwork, overlooking full views of the breathtaking sea. Make yourself comfortable on plump built-in sofas or dig into delightful al-fresco meals at large dining tables.  An outdoor kitchen is also available on one of the terraces.
The living room is a welcoming spot for leisurely time indoors. Dark rustic doors, elegant grey-hued surfaces and wooden furniture make for a sublime ambience. Settle down in the cosy seating area and unwind before the 82-inch satellite TV. The roaring fireplace adds a charm of its own. Large glass picture windows offer almost 180-degree views of the beach and pool. Work up a sweat in the well-stocked gym and make the most of the pilates equipment and training weights provided.
This elegant estate features a fully-functioning kitchen, with enough space to whip up meals for thirty guests.  The indoor dining table looks out into the serene outdoors. All bedrooms stay faithful to the stylish design concept of the rest of the house. The first and second floors feature two bedrooms each, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The fifth bedroom upstairs is the master, kitted with a double bed and a connected private balcony.  
The guesthouse is also spread across three levels, featuring two spacious family rooms. Both are stocked with en-suite bathrooms, stand-alone showers, and double and single beds. Two additional bedrooms are provided — the first has a double bed and single beds, while the second offers a double bed. The villa also features an extra guest room by the beach, with a double bed and en-suite shower. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms.Indulge in a myriad of outdoorsy fun like sailing, snorkelling and swimming. Grab stand-up paddleboards and canoes from inside the home for a memorable time at the beach. Book a private yacht and savour the tantalising waters of the surrounding sea.   
Nowhere are mountains and coastal terrains more in harmony than in Crete. Spend time exploring oceanfront restaurants, narrow cobblestone stress and age-stained archaeological sites. Hike through beautiful rugged peaks, swaying landscapes and tropical lush forests.
The village of Arvi is 2km away, brimming with delightful taverns and supermarkets along with a local medical centre. The capital of the municipality, Viannos, is located 15 km from the villa, offering lively shopping areas and charming eateries. A pharmacy and a 24/7 medical facility are also available. Go fishing in the seaside hamlet of Keratokampos (8 km) or take leisurely walks through the beautiful city of Heraklion (80 km).
A 3-hour drive will take you to the scintillating town of Chania. Nestled in the northern coast of Crete, it’s engulfed by the scenic White Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
History buffs will relish the famous Nevetian harbour, Nautical Museum and 16th-century lighthouse. Check out art exhibits at Yali Mosque — a former Ottoman religious site, now known for organising beautiful exhibitions at its waterfront venue. Discover the vibrant old Chania market, gorge on delicious street food, and shop for exquisite souvenirs and artefacts at bargain prices. Spend a leisurely day amidst the turquoise blue waters of Nea Chora Beach. Sip on decadent cocktails and watch the city shimmer in the background.
